5. Incorrect Address

7. Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.

This advance amount is non-refundable under the following conditions:

• If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery

• If the order is returned due to non-acceptance

• If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to these terms.

We request customers to place COD orders responsibly.
